Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum spend, no added delivery charges at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details where available, so you can follow it to your door.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. The delivery estimate above begins once your order has been processed.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. At this time we do not ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or destinations outside the UK. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please get in touch before ordering.

Delivery delays

We do everything we can to get your order to you within the estimated window. Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, adverse weather, or busy periods around holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it for you straight away.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We're unable to take responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, or if your order is significantly delayed, please reach out. We'll work with the courier to resolve it and make sure you're looked after.
